Job Summary:
Sky Vision Lumber Inc. is seeking a full-time Purchasing Coordinator to join our team. This person will be responsible for managing the purchasing process from order entry to delivery. This position will also be responsible for assisting in the coordination of the company’s warehouse, shipping and receiving, and inventory management. The Purchasing Coordinator will report directly to the Production Manager.
Essential Duties:
- Minimum 5 years experience required in Lumber Field.
- Knowledge of Purchasing is must, purchasing knowledge in regards to product, vendor, suppliers, quantities is a must.
- Manage all purchasing activities from order entry to delivery
- Ensure all orders are received in a timely manner
- Assist in warehouse and warehouse maintenance activities
- Assist in maintaining good communication with vendors and suppliers
- Assist in maintaining good internal control over inventory and warehouse operations
- Maintain a positive working relationship with coworkers, vendors, and suppliers
- Other duties as assigned by management
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
