Reporting to the Northern Zone A&F C3 Manager, the Bed Utilization/Allocator Clerk performs a variety of clerical duties essential to ensure efficient patient flow in the NZ C3 Department, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The Bed Utilization/Allocator Clerk supports the admission, bed allocation, discharge, and transfer process in collaboration with the Patient Flow Managers/Leaders. This role is critical in ensuring that C3 runs efficiently and help facilitate others to perform their duties effectively. The Bed Utilization/Allocator Clerks must be able to accurately perform their duties in an emotionally charged, high-pressure, high-volume workplace.
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:
Grade 12 plus one year medical office assistant program plus one year experience or two years relevant working experience
Experience using Meditech preferred
Excellent data entry skills and proficiency with computers
Demonstrates problem solving and decision making skills
Excellent organization and communication skills
Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred
***A skills test will be included as part of the selection process

$21.73 - $24.31 Hourly
