Summary
Working closely with the Engineering and Maintenance teams, you will support and improve manufacturing operations by becoming a technical expert on critical production equipment across all plants. You will troubleshoot and repair equipment, and be part of Preventive Maintenance in a fast paced, high impact manufacturing environment.

Primary Responsibilities
-
Identify and troubleshoot process equipment problems to minimize down time and recommend solutions
-
Assemble and repair existing equipment to ensure efficient operation

Document Assembly and Design reviews of installations on applicable manufacturing test equipment
-
Read schematics / assembly drawings, layouts, data and process sheets to perform testing, build fixtures, analyze and trouble-shoot equipment

Available to work shiftwork and support Preventative Maintenance on weekends

Support Continuous Improvement activities in Manufacturing

Contributes/fosters Health & Safety/ GMP's

Travel between production facilities to assist critical repairs as needed
Required Ingredients:
-
3+ years’ of experience with hands on production machine and maintenance work
-
Must have hands on working experience in a production facilities
-
Excellent ability to use hand and power tools to perform repair and installation (such as: drilling, cutting, grinding, and fabricating)

The understanding and ability to read schematics and prints

The ability to use welding equipment (TIG, MIG, STICK)

Familiar with electrical control and pneumatics
- Experience with computer programs (MS Office; Excel; Outlook)

Must have a valid driver's license

Passionate about troubleshooting and solving problems
