Shuttle Driver
Duties:
- Safely operate a shuttle vehicle to transport passengers to and from designated locations
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking the shuttle
- Maintain a clean and presentable shuttle vehicle at all times
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while operating the shuttle
- Keep accurate records of passenger counts and trip details
- Communicate effectively with passengers
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety and security
Requirements:
- Valid Class 2 driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience as a shuttle driver or similar role preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and follow directions
- Mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance checks on the vehicle
- Ability to write reports and maintain accurate records
- Willingness to educate passengers on safety procedures and answer any questions they may have
