The next challenge that awaits you; As a Marketing Automation Specialist at VOSKER, you will play an integral role in our email, SMS, and in-app messaging initiatives. Your focus will be on working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, creating automated journeys, SMS campaigns, in-app messages, SQL queries, segmentation, and much more. Description du poste
YOUR NEXT CHALLENGES :
-
You develop and implement automated marketing campaigns, using Salesforce Marketing Cloud ;
-
You plan and manage engaging in-app messaging campaigns ;
-
You operate marketing campaign calendars for a consistent customer journey.

You optimize marketing strategies based on insights from email, SMS, and in-app messaging ;
-
You create and manage SMS campaigns for wider audience reach ;
-
You conduct A/B tests, analyze results, and implement improvements to campaign performance.
Qualifications
THE EXPERTISE REQUIRED TO TAKE US FURTHER:

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or E-Commerce, combined to 1-2 years of experience in a similar role ;

You have experience in SQL query writing for data extraction and manipulation ;

You are proficient in developing and maintaining data extensions, automation workflows, and data transfer processes in SFMC ;

You have experience strategizing and implementing in-app messaging campaigns ;
-
You have excellent reporting skills and ability to track and measure KPIs ;
-
You are fluent in French and English (written/verbal) (frequent contacts outside Quebec).
