The Role:
As the Regional Operations Manager, you'll shape the vision for our stores within your region, upholding our core values and culture. Your entrepreneurial spirit will drive your team to excel, meeting and surpassing sales and performance targets. You'll tailor merchandising and guest experience to local community preferences, optimizing profitability while maintaining fiscal responsibility.

Responsibilities:
- Elevate the guest experience across multiple stores, ensuring consistency and exceeding expectations.
- Collaborate with internal partners to uphold guidelines, budgets, and new collection launches.
- Build strong relationships with store teams through regular visits.
- Develop store-level strategies for financial, operational, and guest experience goals.
- Support store growth and community engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Marketing to maximize sales and brand exposure.
- Develop and execute short and long-term growth plans.
- Coach, mentor, and develop Store Managers.
- Conduct training and provide constructive feedback.
Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of retail store management with strong operations experience.
- Willingness to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability and willingness to travel.
- Self-starter with excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Passion for creating unique guest experiences.
- Proactive, motivated, and adaptable.
- Ability to build cross-functional relationships.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business (considered an asset).
- Experience in luxury goods or fine jewelry retail.
