- Presenting analytical concepts and findings in ways that resonate with non-technical audiences (verbal + visual communication)
- Exploring opportunities collaboratively with business stakeholders to drawing out key facts, observations, and assumptions

- Knowledge of basic supply chain and/or financial functions (e.g. accounting/budgeting, supplier/vendor management, customer management, sourcing, planning, buying, logistics etc.)

- Experience using BI reporting tools such as PowerBI, Sisense, Tableau, IBM Cognos
- Experience using Azure Cloud for data pipelines and data management
- Experience with databases, analytic applications, and programming languages (e.g. data modeling, SQL, R, Java, Python, Power Shell)
- Ability to facilitate group discussions
- Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies (e.g. Green Belt Certification)

- Performing cost-benefit analysis and making recommendations based on findings
- Develop and conduct training
- Develop and maintain project plans
- Identify and assess/evaluate technology opportunities
- Generate IT operational reports
- Maintain logs and records for financial analysis and forecasting
- Develop, improve and run advanced analytical models and engines
- Closed-loop tracking of insight, actions and outcomes
- Setup and monitor automated data feeds into hubs of historical data
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships
- Work with databases and SQL coding, programming in Python, .NET, Java, R, manage MS Azure resources
