Sales Coordinator
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will consistently provide ongoing support to our Sales Team and professional service to our clients, responding appropriately to lead inquiries and directing to the appropriate Sales Manager.
- Compiles accurate records as a result of prospecting, networking, presentations, and sales calls by our team.

Assists in the preparation of proposals, rate negotiations, room blocks, processing of contracts and following up as required.

Compiling and managing database with account information.

Assists in maintaining accurate group files and ensuring appropriate communication on a consistent basis to the hotel department.
- Coordinates purchase and organization of supplies and promotional materials, including Sales kits.
- Conducting site inspections for clients as required & maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information.
Qualifications:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Coordinator who is considered a warm, energetic, self-motivated, team-oriented individual, with a minimum 3 years' experience in a full-service hotel. Must have excellent communication, computer, writing and organizational abilities with proven guest, customer and associate relations skills. Ability to multi task and prioritize while providing excellent customer service. Ability to work under pressure in a fast- paced environment with minimal direction and able to take initiative, follow timelines and meet deadlines. OPERA experience required and additional languages are an asset.
