Senior Quality Assurance Specialist
We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist who is passionate about ensuring high quality software releases. As part of the EPASS team you would have ownership of quality assurance for multiple products, and you would play a pivotal role in the selection, implementation, and use of modern QA tools.
Responsibilities
- Select and implement appropriate QA testing tools
- Functional and Non-functional QA testing
- Performance and Load Testing
- Regression Testing
- Feature testing using a combination of automated and manual testing techniques
- Testing front end and back end for web applications and Windows desktop applications
- Work closely with the development team to reproduce and troubleshoot bugs
- Promote best practices with regard to quality assurance
- Write and maintain documentation related to testing procedures
- Provide feedback on new features as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar
- At least 5 years experience in software Quality Assurance
- Expert level understanding of Quality Assurance methodologies and techniques
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly motivated with the ability to work independently
Nice to have
- Experience with ERP or WMS systems
- Familiarity with Jira or other bug tracking systems
- Experience with Crystal Reports
- Mobile app testing experience
- Experience in Automated Testing & Continuous Integration

- Have legal status to work in Canada

Salary: $85,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
