DEPARTMENT: Project Controls

LOCATION / REGION: LNG Canada, Kitimat, BC

REPORTS TO: Project Controls Manager

SCHEDULE: 14 on/7 off, 10 hours/day

KEY OBJECTIVES:

Maintenance of timesheets either in MX Excel or M2M (Altrad’s inhouse system).
Timekeeping.
Manage Personnel’s roster (which could go up to 800 at peak) in Altrad’s rostering system.
Assist with document control and data archiving.
Assist with reporting and documentation.
General administrative support requests.
Support the Project Controls function as instructed by the Project Controls Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:

3 years of proven experience in a similar role
Newly graduated from technical training
Working towards PMP designation
Sound knowledge of the Oil and Gas industry particular within a Project environment.
Self-Motivated with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to prioritize your workload utilizing effective time management skills.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of people.
Proficient in the use of MS Suite.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 24 months
