E-Commerce Support Specialist

Role
We are looking for an ambitious and detail focused E-Commerce Support Specialist to help continue in building a strong and scalable brand, grow our online presence, increase users, and contribute to a meaningful mission. This person will be responsible for all things E-Commerce. We are looking for a sharp, fun, enthusiastic, analytical, and entrepreneurial E-Commerce Support Specialist that has a track record of launching and growing thriving brands online. This person will be given a lot of autonomy and responsibility. We are a goal orientated company with aggressive objectives. This role is a key proponent in the success of us reaching those goals. You will work with the second-generation company owners for planning and strategizing but will largely take full responsibility for these realms.
Responsibilities Include and not limited to:
- Driving brand awareness
- Develop strategies that increase conversion
- Manage Shopify Store-Website
- update theme, layout, and navigation of the website with the customer experience in mind
- fix and correct any app and processing errors
- change product suggested retails prices when item is marked down
- update website for sales-promos
- monitor inventory – for discrepancies and fix inventory issues in either Shopify or Lightspeed POS
- Upload products on Shopify
- Download and resize product photos
- Write product descriptions
- add SEO and Tags to products
- add product suggested retail prices on the US website
- Communicate with the customer regarding any questions with their orders, about the website, product, and shipping. Correspond with the customer regarding any questions promptly and professionally
- Processing, packaging, and shipping orders
- Fill out order fulfillment form
- Provide stores with order information
- Process returns and issue credit notes
- Other tasks as noted
Who you are and your skill set:
- You are extremely passionate about everything E-Commerce
- You are an excellent communicator both verbal and written
- You have directly contributed to Ecommerce efforts that have translated into company growth and increased sales/users
- You have hands-on experience leveraging brands through E-Commerce
- You can take creative direction and turn it into something beautiful and powerful
- You are data-driven, goal oriented and a strategic individual who enjoys tackling challenges and solving problems
- You are highly driven and capable of making decisions on your own yet are also collaborative and a team player
- You are excited and motivated to be part of an impactful mission
- You are a creative thinker and self-starter. You thrive in challenging environments
- You carry a positive can-do attitude
- You are reliable and punctual
- You are fluent in English
- Experience with Shopify is a must
- Lightspeed POS is an asset
- Experience in the fashion Industry is an asset
- Ability to lift and move boxes up to 25lbs
