Your mission :
Be a VISIQUE ambassador by supporting our customers in their various needs according to their lifestyle. By making sure to follow up with them throughout their journey through the clinic according to the stages of their visit. By delivering a memorable experience.
Our expectations :
Quick and attentive customer reception;
Assists patients and professionals in the showroom;
Telephone communications with customers;
Preparation of patient records;
Assists the team in various product management tasks.
Our wishes:
High school diploma ;
1 to 2 years of experience in administration, customer service and/or retail;
Fluency with computers;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Judgment of priorities and autonomy;
Good command of French and English.
