Cariboo Ford is currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Service Advisor. We are looking for a positive and self-motivated person who enjoys dealing with a wide variety of people everyday. The most important requirement of the position is the ability to provide exceptional service to each and everyone of our customers.
The Service Advisor will be responsible for service check-ins, scheduling, estimating, selling, updating, and following up with customers during the entire service process. Further responsibilities include advising customers on proper vehicle care and reviewing final repairs performed.
· This is a full-time position 5 days per week, 8 Hour shifts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Meet and greet all customers in a prompt and professional manner
· Complete Service customer check in, including inspections, confirming contact information, reviewing service history and prior service recommendations
· Address and document all vehicle issues as well as present recommended services and discuss any questions the customer may have. This includes providing the customer with cost estimations and appropriate time frame expectations
· Organizing paperwork and processes to maintain a consistent customer experience
Education/Experience:
· Previous Automotive Industry experience an asset but not required
· Previous sales experience would be considered an asset
· Experience using a multi line phone system and computer skills are preferred
· Able to communicate effectively and courteously to all staff and customers through phone or in person
· Has strong organizational skills and an ability to multitask
· Is detail oriented with an attention to accuracy in their work
· Able to work as a team player
