We are searching for a skilled backend developer with experience in Vue, Laravel, MongoDB, PHP and WordPress. Most of your time will be spent working on the latter stages of development for an already-established backend project, which you will be working to complete in conjunction with the rest of our design and development team. The project will involve several APIs and some nifty functionality - as well as a future app. We anticipate that a smaller portion of your time will be spent developing custom websites in WordPress and learning from our most experienced team members to expand your knowledge.
Some of your time will also be spent utilizing and expanding your knowledge of custom WordPress development.
EDUCATION:
Computer Programming degree/diploma or related
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
- Experience with Vue.js
- Experience with Laravel & PHP
- Experience with developing & launching Android and IOS apps is an asset
- Organizational, analytical, and time management skills
- Communication skills
- Ability to work with others in a collaborative environment
- Experience working with MongoDB
- Experience integrating Google services is an asset
- Experience with FreshBooks integrations is a plus
