Assistant Restaurant Manager
Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
- Train and supervise restaurant staff, including front room and kitchen staff.
- Create and maintain employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain stock.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items and specials.
- Monitor financial performance of the restaurant, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant management role is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

They must work to ensure all team members exceed our guests’ expectation on every visit. This position provides experience and development of fundamental business management skills.

Salary: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
