We are seeking a motivated and reliable Associate to join our service team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling/transporting tires and tire assemblies, ensuring their proper storage, and assisting in the efficient retrieval of clients' seasonal tires. A valid G2 license is required as you will be driving a company-supplied truck to and from the storage lot nearby. In the past, this position has been successfully performed by part-time students.
Responsibilities:
- Drive company-supplied truck to retrieve and deliver client's seasonal tires to the shop.
- Safely and efficiently handle tires and tire assemblies.
- Properly store seasonal tires, ensuring they are labeled accurately for easy identification.
- Maintain an organized and clean storage area.
- Record new tire locations and share this information with internal coworkers.
- Assist in maintaining an inventory of new pre-built tires and tire assemblies.
- Perform occasional Saturday shifts based on business needs.
Qualifications:
- Valid G2 driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
- Ability to safely lift and handle tires and tire assemblies.
- Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with coworkers.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
Working Hours:This is a full-time position, and the associate will typically work from Monday to Friday. Occasional Saturday shifts may be required based on business demands.
