Ecommerce Customer Service Specialist

Report to: E-commerce Sales Manager
Requirements & Responsibilities:
- The E-commerce Customer Service Specialist responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting e-commerce sales, customer service and the order fulfillment process
- Ensuring e-commerce orders are accurately entered and processed in a timely manner.
- Processing order returns and make order adjustments, as necessary.
- Coordinating with the customers service team to bring solutions to customer request.
- Providing input to strategic decisions to help grow the business.
- Providing professional and knowledgeable service to our e-commerce customers through multiple communication channels, including phone, emails, live chat, social media, etc.
- Other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Retail Customer Service background
- E-commerce and fulfillment experience
- Experience working with e-commerce platform (Big commerce) and/or shipping (ship station) is an asset.
- Organized and meticulous, with excellent time management skills
- Bring a constant improvement mindset to all responsibilities.
- Experience in exercise diplomacy in dealing with customers.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize and multitask.
- Proficient in English speaking and writing, French (an asset)
- Available on weekends, evenings, or statutory days if schedule requires.
