Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a jewelry engraver. No prior knowledge of engraving is required, as we will provide comprehensive training. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in both English and French
- A high level of ethical standards when interacting with customers and team.
- The ability to follow established procedures while remaining attuned to client needs
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to review orders prior to leaving the facility to ensure accuracy
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in basic software and the ability to quickly learn new programs
- A team-oriented approach to work, with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues on issues as they arise.
Responsibilities include:
- Engraving jewelry to meet customer specifications
- Communicating with customers to understand their engraving requests
- Reviewing orders for accuracy before they leave the facility
- Maintaining and operating engraving equipment
- Continuously learning and staying current with engraving techniques and technology
