AltaGas - Unified Operation Center Coordinator
The UOC Coordinator will support the development, implementation, and sustainment of the Unified Operations Centre (UOC) processes, procedures, and tools. This position reports to Manager, Integrated Ops Planning within the Midstream Integrated Operations team.
This role will work as part of a centralized multi-disciplinary team based in the Calgary corporate office that supports integration, planning, and optimization of operations along the entire Midstream value chain. The team will focus on production optimization, maintenance optimization, engineering support, event management, integrated planning, and scheduling/logistics optimization.
You will
Support the development of UOC request intake process
Support the development of reporting analytics and metrics to support the intake request process
Support the development of standardized operations process data trends and target monitoring tools
Influence the design of physical UOC space through each stage of maturity
Assist with special projects as assigned
Request and review intake requests and assign them to the appropriate centralized resource or team
Monitor intake request processes and metrics
Escalate high-priority requests to appropriate stakeholders
Identify centralized resources required to support requests
Initiate request kick-off meetings to formalize roles and responsibilities
Ensure request costs and benefits are documented in a standardized approach
Chair a weekly request coordination meeting
Manage notifications from third-party
Asset Health Monitoring technologies
Monitor ops process data trends and targets to identify deviations to manage
Review Loss Production Accounting entries to maintain quality control
You have
5 Years of Combined engineering, technical, and/or operations experience
Gas processing, pipeline transmission, rail logistics, and LPG exports experience
Enterprise Asset Management System experience, Maximo
Skilled at using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Aveva PI Vision and Power BI analytics
Solid understanding of financial and operational risk decisions
Demonstrated time management and priority-setting skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent collaboration and team-building skills
Ability to work strategically with other departments and subject matter experts
Occasional travel is required
