Judith & Charles, a well-established high-end women's clothing brand which prides itself on its "Made in Canada" product and perfect fit, is looking for a Marketing Specialist to develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Work in collaboration with the buying & e-commerce team to conceive and deploy marketing strategy across various channels
- Manage daily execution of the marketing calendar across various channels (including social media & emailing)
- Manage/engage with the social community on facebook, instagram & pinterest
- Establish goals and define KPIs to monitor the productivity and effectiveness of marketing plans and projects
- Liaison with media, advertising and PR team
- Develop and nurture relations with various medias, stylists & influencers
- Determine and manage the marketing budget
- Deliver marketing activities within agreed upon budget
- Monitor, review and report and analyze all marketing activities
- Analysis of customer research, current market trends and competitor information
- Work in collaboration with the creative team to coordinate campaigns & e-commerce photoshoots
- Other tasks include but are not limited to: retail store & wholesale marketing
Education and Experience
- Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies
- Relevant product and industry knowledge (Women’s high end fashion wholesale/retail)
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
