o Understanding the flow of code and how it interacts with different components.
o Understanding project documents, customer demands, and product objectives to create and execute test cases.
o Setting up, maintaining, and performing test automation frameworks on multiple application platforms, such as Web, cloud, front-end, and back-end (integration), and building test scenarios and acceptance tests.
o Investigating customer problems referred to you by the technical support team, testing bugs, and creating and managing bug reports.
o Handling technical communications and understanding the customers' systems.
o Working with deployments teams, resolving level issues for systems, coordinating on product design, and offering inputs on the testability of functional elements and product designs.
o Noting all testing actions you have performed in daily and weekly reports.
o Analyzing and disintegrating software systems and coordinating with other teams to enhance the overall design.
o Researching test tools, methodologies, and trends and upgrading existing practices and processes.
o Managing the final quality on production release.
o Working with the engineering teams to derive testing requirements throughout the development cycle.
o Reproducing, debugging, and isolating problems and verifying fixes.
o Working closely with software developers to create software artifacts including test plans, test cases, test procedures, and test reports.
o Working in cross-functional areas with internal partner engineering teams in a disciplined agile environment.
o Estimating own testing tasks and working productively with minimum supervision while showing an excellent team attitude.
o Representing team leadership and providing technical guidance and training to junior test personnel.

· Skills requirements:
o Required education:
§ A Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
o Required work experience:
§ 6+ years of overall IT experience.
§ 4+ years of experience establishing test automation frameworks.
§ 5+ years of automation testing experience.
§ 3+ years of experience required in IBM Sterling OMS System.
§ 3+ years of experience required in E-commerce.
§ 3+ years of experience required in Warehouse Management System.
§ 3+ years of experience required in CommerceTool.
§ Deep understanding of network protocols and security TCP/ IP, UDP, DHCP, FTP, SFTP, SNMP, SMTP, SSH, SSL, VPN, RDP, HTTP, and HTTPS.
§ Familiar with YARA, STIX, TAXII, and OpenIOC for any threat intelligence.
§ Experience in handling phishing attacks using Proofpoint, CLEAR, TRAP, and TAP.
§ Experience in EDR solutions, simulating setups like kali-Linux.
§ Experience in Web security CDN Cloudflare/Akamai/Cloudfront or any WAF.
§ Exposure to performance testing tools like Jmeter, Gatling.
