Job Duties
- Ensure Team Industrial Service safety, quality, and professional standards are always met
- Perform Rope Access work as required.
- Support business development whenever possible to help grow the business
- Perform work in compliance with local safety and quality processes.
- Encourage participation from operations, technical and maintenance in developing innovative solutions to problems.
- Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
- Valid/Current IRATA Level 1 or 2 Certification mandatory.
- Valid First Aid & Confined Space Certification is an asset.
- Eligible for employment in Canada.
- Valid driver’s license that is compliant with Company policy.
- Solid technical skills as a rope access technician
- Strong organizational and time management
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Computer literacy with ability to use basic Microsoft Office programs including; Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience and/or aptitude for working in a range of industrial environments
- Proven experience in listed Competencies
- Ability to travel as required.
- Experience using NDT techniques, procedures and equipment in the Oil and Gas Industry is an asset.

Work Conditions
- 75-80% travel time.
- Ability to attend and conduct safety meetings and job briefs.
- Working at heights.
- Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.
- Overtime as required.
- Weekend work as required.
- Work both indoors and outdoors.
- May be exposed to hazards associated with the oil and gas industry.
- Physical ability to lift up to 75lb.
- Regularly works near moving mechanical parts and in outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat and humidity, and exposure to dust and noxious fumes.
- Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry objects, use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue.
- Requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand with arm, two hands) and multi-limb coordination.
- Noise level is generally loud.
- Must be able to quickly move arms and legs.
- Excellent stamina is required.
