We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Inside Sales Representative with experience in the door and moulding industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and increasing sales with existing customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be a team player and have a track record of achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
· Proactively contact and follow-up with potential and existing customers via phone, email and other communication channels to identify sales opportunities
· Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and requests for quotations
· Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers to assist in their purchasing decisions
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional customer service and support
· Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share
· Manage customer accounts, including processing orders, tracking shipments and resolving customer complaints or issues
· Keep up to date with industry trends, product developments and competitor activity
· Attend industry events, trade shows and sales meetings, as required
· Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management on a regular basis
· Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in business or related field preferred
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in inside sales, preferably in the door and moulding industry
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and work effectively in a team environment
· Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
· Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software
· Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs
Ability to work independently and take initiative to identify and pursue sales opportunities
