CamelCo is a one-stop shop dedicated to providing home healthcare products for seniors and their families. In respond to growing trend of the aging population, we promote the "Aging In Place" lifestyle for our elderly customers, offering a wide range of products and services necessary to support this lifestyle. We are expanding our commitment beyond the products to the lifelong care and protection for our customers, incorporating technology. We have successfully expanded our services to include a medical clinic and pharmacy this year, offering healthcare and medication services to our customers. We believe the product experiences within practical daily life settings are more effective in promoting the "Aging In Place" lifestyle. We are currently expanding the variety of our current product offerings, including bedroom and bathroom caring products, flowers and floral arrangements, as well as initiating a kitchen area for baking experience.

We are seeking dedicating Sales/Operating Coordinators/Project Coordinators who have related experience in sales of home healthcare products and/or floral arrangements and/or business development and/or project management roles. You thrive in high pressured environments and have an infectious enthusiasm to “get it done”. Your passion lies in delivering enhanced value to customers while crafting exceptional customer experiences that foster brand loyalty and growth opportunities.
Role and Responsibilities
- Search for a potential home healthcare products/suppliers and floral arrangements supplier
- Communicate and negotiate with suppliers/business partners as contact person
- Monitor assigned tasks progress independently and report the progress result in a regular bias
- Maintain the product line by increasing and reducing the variety of the home healthcare products as well as floral arrangements per products sales status in a regular basis
- Develops, implements and updates business plan to achieve (drive) sales results
- Provide retail services for customers
- Assist with phone call or walk-in customers' inquiries
- Liaise with supplier; assist the team in placing the order, tracking the shipment and taking charge of after-sales services
- Assist with expanding and growing the business and reaching potential customers
- Assist with developing promotion plan and executing it
- Develop and standardize orientation/product training material
- Assist with daily operation and other tasks assigned
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- More than 3 years related sales/marketing/retail product line maintaining and developing/project management experience
- Excellent communication skills in written and verbal English
- Solid computer skills and online researching skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and an interest in sales and marketing
- Detail- Oriented
- Strong execution and time management
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in medical supplier/home healthcare product retail sales, or sales promotion/event planning
- Previous experience in sales of beds and mattresses
- Previous experience in sales and/or making of flowers and floral arrangements
- Previous experience in baking/cooking classes teaching and/or in a management role of the related field
- Previous experience in smart device marketing;
- Mechanical, electrical, civil knowledge is an asset;
- Know how to edit pictures and make videos is an assets;
- Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin is an asset.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Salary: $55,000 – $75,000 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift, 5 days/week with occasional weekends/holidays schedule
