Role reports to Production Manager
Key Job Responsibilities
Plan and Execute daily production requirements for the department.
Implement and sustain Health & Safety/Quality policies, ensuring department functions within scope of said policies.
Teach/Coach/Motivate team to achieve KPI's as set by Company goals as well as internal goals.
Communicate and work with other managers/supervisors to ensure operational objectives are met consistently.
Minimum Qualifications & Skills
2 years manufacturing experience in a lean manufacturing operation demonstrating ability to sustain continuous improvement.
Experience in managing work in a fast paced environment as well as being able to motivate team to achieve goals.
Ability to communicate effectively and listen.
Ability to prioritize, adapt, while meeting tight timelines.
Demonstrate a sense of urgency and value of order.
Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system would be a definite asset

- Bachelor's Degree (required)

- Lean manufacturing: 2 years (required)
- SAP/ERP: 1 year (preferred)
