Job Purpose
Cross Country Canada Supplies & Rentals Inc. is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to cover for a maternity leave. The position is a contract position for the duration of the maternity leave (min. 52 weeks). The successful candidate will perform a variety of accounting and clerical tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coding and entering vendor invoices
- Preparing and processing vendor’s payments
- Setting up new vendors credit accounts
- Reconciling monthly vendor accounts statements
- Filing and other administrative duties
- Other duties as required
Qualifications
- Excellent time management and organization skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams
- Able to work independently
- 3-5 years experience in Accounts Payable
- Experience with Sage 100 ERP is preferred
Working Conditions
- Physical requirements necessary include sitting, standing, and walking throughout an 8-hour workday.
- Must be able to occasionally lift or exert force of up to 50 pounds.

Salary: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
