The talented and experienced nurse injector joining the team should have a client-centric approach - driven, passionate, highly-motivated, professional, engaging, reliable and consistent.
Role & Responsibilities include:
- Specialize in administering dermatological filler, neurotoxin treatments and PRP
- Deliver the best client-centric experience
- Facilitate client education and referral to other treatments and services within the Dr. Manfred Ziesmann Cosmetic Clinic portfolio
- Provide medical aesthetic consultations – assessing patients’ areas of concerns and recommending an appropriate treatment plan
- Provide surgical pre- & post-treatment care instructions
- Build & retain clientele using creative measures (marketing, social media, ect)
- Maintain a clean and sanitized environment
- Maintain appropriate patient record documentation including before & after photos
- Work collaboratively with management team to achieve budgetary goals & growth
- Educating clients on skincare regimens/products and laser facial rejuvenation options
- Referring clients for plastic surgery consultations when appropriate
- Responding to telephone/email inquiries & post procedure follow-ups
- Responsible for on-going education for enhancement of skills
- Coordination of retention correspondence with patients regarding their follow-treatment plan
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of injection experience with dermal fillers & neurotoxins
- Must have RN qualifications, in excellent standing
- Proficiency with EMR/charting, common computer literacy to navigate electronic records
- Excellent interpersonal and promotional skills
- Must be dependable, driven, reliable, motivated and punctual
- Conflict and problem-solving skills focused on client satisfaction
- Available to work occasional evenings and weekends
Desired Skills:
- Nursing experience in Plastic Surgery, Facial Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, ENT, Ophthalmology
