In this challenging role, which requires a deep understanding of cyber threats, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to lead and guide junior analysts, you will have the opportunity to join an experienced and dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Act as an expert in IAM, application security, DLP, and incident response, providing recommendations and support to team members and stakeholders;
Regularly assess IAM processes, application security practices, DLP controls, and incident response plans to identify vulnerabilities, weaknesses, and areas for improvement;
Collaborate with external partners to ensure the proper functioning of IAM solutions, ensuring that access controls, authentication mechanisms, and privilege management are appropriate;
Collaborate with an external partner in monitoring and analyzing security events and incidents using security tools;
Investigate security incidents, perform root cause analysis, document findings, and implement appropriate corrective measures;
Coordinate responses to cybersecurity incidents;
Investigate incidents to understand their cause and scope;
Perform high-level analysis of malicious code;
Produce incident reports and identify improvement opportunities;
Maintain a constructive relationship between the organization and selected security vendors;
Stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity trends, tools, and techniques, and provide recommendations to enhance the organization's security posture;
Mentor and guide junior analysts, providing technical expertise and fostering a collaborative environment for knowledge sharing.
The key to success
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field;
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a cybersecurity analyst, with expertise in IAM, application security, DLP, and incident response;
In-depth knowledge and experience with Microsoft tools and technologies, such as Azure Sentinel, Microsoft Defender ATP, Azure AD Identity Protection, Microsoft Purview, and Office 365 Advanced Threat Protection;
Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including user provisioning, access management, role-based access control, and multi-factor authentication;
Experience with application security assessments, secure coding practices, and vulnerability management;
Proficiency in implementing and managing DLP controls, policies, and solutions to protect sensitive data;
Proven expertise in incident response, including triage, containment, eradication, and recovery;
Familiarity with industry frameworks and standards, such as the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls;
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex security incidents and recommend effective solutions;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
Relevant certifications such as GCIH, ECIH, GREM, GCFA, GCTI, CEH, CPEN, OSCP, etc.
Given the nature of the position, you may be required to be available on call after regular business hours and on weekends (on a rotating basis with other team members).
