Join our dynamic team as a Production Manager & Estimator, where you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing repair processes, collaborating with customers and insurers, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met. From assessing damages to providing accurate estimates and managing production workflows, your expertise will drive the efficient and successful restoration of vehicles.
Responsibilities:

Comprehensive Assessment: Thoroughly inspect damaged vehicles, accurately assessing the extent of required repairs.

Customer Collaboration: Engage closely with customers and insurance adjusters to evaluate the damage and provide precise estimates.

Detailed Estimates: Prepare meticulous repair estimates encompassing parts, labour, and associated costs.

Record Keeping: Maintain precise records of repair assessments, estimates, and work orders.

Allocation and Oversight: Assign repair orders and allocate hours to technicians, overseeing production processes for optimal efficiency.

Quality Assurance: Ensure repair quality adheres to standards and complies with occupational health and safety regulations.

Leadership: Provide leadership to production staff, guiding them to achieve top-tier outcomes.

Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on automotive repair technologies and industry trends to ensure cutting-edge practices.
Requirements

Experience: Experience as a Collision Estimator and/or in the collision repair industry is an asset.
- An understanding of the collision repair process, including in-depth knowledge of OEM procedures is an asset.

Onsite training will also be provided.

License: Valid Class 5 Driver's License and acceptable Drivers Abstract.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English

Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 5:15pm
