Advantage Box is looking for an enthusiastic for a Business-to-Business Customer Service Representative to join its growing team! We’re looking for someone who has a great attitude, is a team player, and wants to work for a company that shows appreciation for hard work and rewards great results.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
- Title: Business Customer Service Representative
- Employment: Full-time
- Hours: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
- Location: 2080 Van Dyke Place, Richmond, BC
- Starting salary: Starting at $26-28/hour, depending on experience
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answering incoming phone calls, emails, and messages from customers
- Entering customer orders into the company’s computer system
- Assisting customers with order progress and order tracking
- Helping to answer customer questions regarding the company’s products
- Being a customer liaison for other departments within the company
- Taking notes of customer feedback and directing to the appropriate department
- Assisting with other office admin. tasks, such as purchasing, filing, and scheduling
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Experience in business-to-business sales or business-to-business customer service
- A professional and friendly phone manner
- A great attitude and a team player
- Experience working in the moving, restoration, or self-storage industry a plus
- A university deggree a plus
- Experience using Shopify and/or QuickBooks a plus
