United Gulf Developments is looking for a superintendent to join our group.
We are looking for a highly qualified, mature couple or individual to serve as our live-in Building Manager.
The ideal individual or couple will possess the following skills:
- Serving residents as a main point of contact for information & assistance
- Creating a sense of community & belonging for residents
- Proficient in light maintenance, painting and repairs, minor electrical and plumbing
- Cleaning common areas - lobbys, common rooms, yards and parking lots
- Overseeing leasing & move ins
- Administration - familiarity with MS Word, Excel, Yardi is an asset
- Experience with landscaping/ Snow Removal is a bonus
