Ironwood Manufactured Homes is looking for a roofer to work in both our manufacturing facility and with our on-site crews. We offer year round employment in a controlled factory environment, bonus plan, and a $3/hr top up for overtime.
- Square roof, install ridge beams, gable, rough facia, lateral bracing, knee walls and mechanical fasteners;
- Install HVAC/Fan ductwork as required;
- Install insulation stops and insulate roof, and seal vapor barrier;
- Sheath roof, install drip edge, ice & water, and synthetic;
- Install shingles, ridge caps, and steel;
- Ensure that work area is clean and orderly
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-3 years of experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to try new things and assume additional responsibilities
- Good communication skills
