About the Role:
- Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, the Sales Manager will be an experienced, driven and highly motivated sales professional, responsible for maintaining and growing the New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island market. You will be the face of the company in this region, a well-spoken professional that prides themselves on relationships with your client, with a winning attitude, and a passion for success.
Duties:
- Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory
- Identify and prospect potential customers in the market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers on the features and benefits of our products
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to increase market share and revenue
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market insights
Skills:
- Proven experience in sales or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM software
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth
