Join our team as a Marketplace Specialist, where you'll be responsible for optimizing and managing our presence on Amazon. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales, increase brand visibility, enhance the overall customer experience, and manage inventory across multiple operating geographies.
What you will do...

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketplace strategies, including product assortment, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.

Create and update product listings on Amazon, ensuring accurate and compelling content, images, and product details.

Proactively identify and resolve listing/catalogue issues or bugs by creating and following up on cases with Amazon support.

Replenish Amazon warehouses and 3PL locations across all operating geographies based on sales velocity analysis, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing out-of-stock situations.

Create and manage fulfilled by merchant listings, ensuring accurate inventory counts and timely order fulfillment.

Follow a spend strategy as requested by the Marketplace Director

Execute our annual promotional calendar with campaigns and discounts to drive customer engagement and increase sales.

Conduct data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in marketplace performance.

Optimize product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling content, images, and SEO strategies to drive visibility and conversion rates.

Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of the curve.

Analyze customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.

Stay up-to-date with marketplace policies, algorithms, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize performance.
The ideal candidate is...

Fluent in English (required in order to interact with employees located outside of Quebec)

Previous experience or internships in marketplace management, e-commerce, or sustainability-focused roles.

Experience with Amazon

Experienced in updating Amazon inventory via flat file

Excellent in handling Amazon Cases to resolve account and listing issues

Experienced with data analysis in Excel

Strong in analytical skills and able to work with complex datasets.

Detail-oriented and able to spot errors and anomalies in data.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.

Effective in communication skills to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
