We are looking for an experienced and passionate Cook to help support our team. The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience in a busy kitchen environment, enjoys working in a busy restaurant environment and is capable of taking direction well and multi-tasking effectively. A successful candidate will have restaurant industry experience, a passion for food prep, and strong customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food in a busy kitchen invironment
- Work independently with minimum supervision
- prepare banquet for up to 150
- must exhibit behavior consistent with core values
- Must practice good hygiene
- Provide excellent food and service to customers while keeping a clean, tidy and organized kitchen.
- must have journeyman or relevant and related work experience
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 - 40 per week
Salary: $16.36-$18.16 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

Experience:
- Cooking: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
