Job description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing shipping and packing duties and more.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Record all transactions in the sales system and efficiently manage all monetary transactions
- Determine the shipping price using the appropriate software
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Pack items delivered for shipment according to the procedures
- Offer a professional appearance at all times
- Respond to any communications from emails or websites
- Follow up and assist clients in claim requests
- Sort mail and packages
- Perform any other reasonable duties requested by the employer
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of accounting, marketing and human resources
- Skills in graphic design a asset
- Printing knowledge an asset
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Part-time hours: 30-40 per week
Salary: $16.75-$18.65 per hour
