We are a multi-location dental group, and specialize in Orthodontics and Pediatric dentistry for children, adolescent, and adults in our Vancouver, Delta/Surrey, Richmond, and Coquitlam offices.

PDG is looking for a highly proactive and self-motivated Orthodontic Dental Receptionist, to be part of our growing team in our Richmond Office. A positive attitude and team player mentality is a must! This is a great opportunity for someone looking to join an amazing, fast paced dental practice.
JOB DUTIES
- Greeting Patients
- Answering Phone Calls
- Scheduling Appointments
- Assisting with Insurance and Billing Inquiries
- Processing Payments
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
· 2-3 years Dental Reception (preferred)

- Experience with Dolphin Software
- Confident in speaking and communication

- Time management – ability to Multitask and Prioritize under pressure
