Northwood Roofing is an established and reputable residential and commercial roofing and gutter company seeking an EXPERIENCED GUTTER INSTALLER. Must have a valid driver's license as you will be driving the company gutter truck.
Description of Duties
- Responsible for new gutter installations, including repairs, and cleanings
- Soffit install/repairs an asset but not required
- Working closely with homeowners, builders, and property managers to ensure a smooth job process
- Inputting detailed notes into our CRM, including pictures if possible
- Reporting back to office staff
- Keeping truck stocked, cleaned and organized
- Ordering materials for upcoming jobs
Skills and Requirements
- Must have at least 6 months experience with gutter installations
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be physically agile and not afraid of heights
- Ongoing professionalism even during difficult interactions as you are the face of Northwood Roofing and Gutters
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Reliable - show up on time
- Accept direction if needed
- Good work ethic when alone, yet strong team player while working with others
