Front Desk Supervisor
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Hostel Supervisor to join our team. As a hostel supervisor you will play a pivitol role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hostel and providing exceptional experiances for our guests.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the front desk
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
- Manage and coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations
- Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer
- Assist with managing room inventory and reservations
- Train and supervise front desk staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of hotel/hospitality operations and procedures is a plus
